Our group has published a new paper in Beilstein Journal of Organic Chemistry. The study explores reductive amination with hypophosphites, showing how the choice of counter-cation (Na⁺ vs. K⁺) impacts selectivity and efficiency. Green metrics (E-factor < 1) and DFT insights highlight the sustainability and mechanistic features of the process.
